Privacy Policy

Effective August 7, 2026

This policy explains what information Advanced Digital Solutions Inc collects when you use this website or our client platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our services, we don't sell your information, and we don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Who we are

Advanced Digital Solutions Inc (“ADS,” “we,” “us”) is a digital infrastructure and media company providing web development, social and content production, 3D CAD engineering, DOOH media, and an AI-powered client platform. This policy covers advanceddigitalsolution.com and its alias domains (advanceddigitalsolutions.net and advanceddigitalsolutions.org), including the client portal (together, the “Site”). Questions about this policy can be sent to info@advanceddigitalsolution.com.

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and scheduling details. When you book a strategy call, email us, or otherwise reach out, we receive what you share — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and a description of your project.
  • Account information. If you become a client, we create portal credentials for you and store your profile details (name, email, phone) so we can run your engagement.
  • Client content. Work product, files, messages, and other materials you share with us inside the client portal so we can deliver your projects.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs basic technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use this to keep the Site fast, secure, and working. The Site also uses cookies and browser storage strictly for functional purposes: keeping you signed in to the client portal and remembering display preferences.

We do not run third-party advertising pixels or cross-site analytics trackers on this Site. Because we don’t track you across other websites, there is nothing for a browser “Do Not Track” signal to disable. If our use of analytics or advertising tools ever changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule and hold strategy calls.
  • To provide, operate, and support our services and the client portal.
  • To send service communications about your account or projects.
  • To send occasional marketing emails, which always include an unsubscribe link.
  • To protect the Site and our clients — preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your account or projects — for example, portal invitations or project updates. Message and data rates may apply, and frequency varies with your engagement. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect service emails about your account.

AI features

Parts of our client platform are powered by AI — assistants, content tools, and automations. When you use those features, the relevant content is processed by the AI model providers we work with, only as needed to deliver the feature. We do not use your client content to train public AI models, and we choose providers whose terms prohibit training on our API data.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Site and our business — hosting and database infrastructure, scheduling (our booking calendar is powered by Cal.com), email and SMS delivery, and AI processing — each only to perform services for us.
  • Legal and safety recipients, if required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ADS, our clients, or others.
  • A successor business, if ADS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the life of your inquiry or engagement plus any period required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes — then delete or de-identify it. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing message.
  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@advanceddigitalsolution.com. We will verify your request and honor it as required by the law that applies to you, without discriminating against you for exercising your rights.

Children

The Site is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at info@advanceddigitalsolution.com and we will delete it.

Where information is processed

We are based in the United States and process information on U.S.-based infrastructure. If you access the Site from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes affecting active clients, notify you directly. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
