Our standard
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard most commonly referenced by U.S. accessibility law and guidance. That means things like meaningful alt text on images, labeled form fields, keyboard-operable navigation, sufficient color contrast, and a logical heading structure for screen readers.
Where we are today
Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time checkbox — we review and improve this Site on a rolling basis, and we do not claim perfect, certified conformance at every point in time. If you run into something that doesn’t work with your assistive technology, we want to know and we will fix it.
Report an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this Site or on a site we built for a client, email info@advanceddigitalsolution.com with the page URL and a description of the issue (including the browser and assistive technology you were using, if you can). We aim to acknowledge reports quickly and prioritize fixes based on severity.
Demo templates
Our template gallery shows sample businesses built on our platform. Accessibility issues found in a demo template are treated the same as issues on the rest of the Site — email info@advanceddigitalsolution.com and we will address them across the template.
Third-party content
- Embedded third-party tools (for example, our scheduling calendar) are built and maintained by their own providers, whose accessibility we don't control but do choose deliberately.
- Client-provided content (photos, documents, videos) is reviewed where practical, but responsibility for that content's accessibility is shared with the client who supplied it.
